The Ninth National Conference of Akhil Bharatiya Itihas Sankalan Yojana shall be organized at Gwalior on ensuing Ashwin Shukla Dwadashi, Trayodashi and Chaturdashi, Kali Yugadbda 5114 dated 26-28 October 2012.
The Conference shall commence at 11 A.M. on 26 October 2012 and come to an end at 6 P.M. on 28 October 2012. The delegates can return back after 6 P.M. of the last day. They are expected to remain present in the Conference all through. If any delegate would be accompanied by family members they shall have to be registered as delegates. The delegate fee is Rs. 500 only.
Lodging and boarding of the delegates shall be cost-free. However, if somebody would like to stay in Hotel, he/she shall have to bear the same cost. If somebody likes to undertake sight-seeing programme he/she can have so only when the Conference is over. Nobody is expected to make such trip before or during the Conference. Such programme may be arranged for a day, two or three depending on the
cost factor of the delegates.
Reservation of tickets, both to and fro, must be booked in advance by the delegates and inform our office on the same.
Primary topic for the discourse in the Session shall be “INDIAN NATIONALISM
FROM PAST TO PRESENT”.
Research papers may also be prepared, beside the above, on ancient medieval and modern history as well as archeology. The script may be written in Hindi, Sanskrit or English and DTP may be prepared with font/Chanakya size 14 on page-maker accompanying with CD . Notes and references must be mentioned wherever necessary.
Abstract of the papers as well as bio-data of the scholar would be furnished along with the paper, which should reach the undermentioed office-bearer by 30 September
